Rolling Stone Baker in Valparaiso will be catering our wedding. They'll serve a selection of pizzas (we’ll pick a few favorites), a variety of appetizers, and a plated dessert at the end. We’ll also have simple sweets like cupcakes and my personal favorite a s’mores bar!

Our venue is a barn in La Porte, IN, which can also show up as Rolling Prairie, IN. Please dress for the weather on October 16, 2026. There will be heaters and a fire pit outside, but temperatures can still be cool layers are a good idea for later into the night. Comfortable, stable shoes suitable for stairs (not everyone will be using them), grass, and dancing are highly encouraged. Especially for my ladies: I will not be in my heels longer than I have to be!

We wanted to share a quick note to help make our wedding day as smooth as possible! Our wedding venue is located in Indiana (Central Time), while both recommended hotels are in Michigan (Eastern Time). Standard hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM Eastern Time, which is 3:00 PM Central Time. Since our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM Central Time, we recommend planning ahead so you have plenty of time to check in, get ready, and make the short drive or shuttle ride to the venue. If you would like to check in earlier than 3 PM Central Time, we encourage you to call your hotel directly before your stay. They may be able to accommodate an early check-in depending on availability.

Once our private wedding shuttle makes its final drop-off at the provided Hotels, guests will still have a transportation option available! Four Winds offers a FREE shuttle that runs hourly between the casino, Fairfield by Marriott, and other hotel destinations. This shuttle can be used by our wedding guests even if you are not staying at Four Winds. The shuttle follows scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, making it a great option if you’d like to continue the night at Four Winds and need a ride back to the Fairfield later on!
